Our Story

2020

We are Jaydon and Brendon, 2 brothers from Birmingham. Our love for great food all started with memories of our Grandad's brick-built BBQ. Growing up, the smoky aroma of cooking over fire was prominent at family gatherings. Those moments at the family dinner table and around the grill became some of our favourite memories. We wanted to share that same warm, connection, and joy with others.

However, when we looked for seasonings and sauces whilst cooking for our own family, we found nothing that really captured the flavours that we remembered. Everything was loaded with preservatives and artificial ingredients. So, we decided to change that. We set out to create Lumberjaxe - a producer of seasonings and sauces that really capture the heart and soul of American inspired flavours, but made with natural ingredients here in the UK.

With a passion for simplicity and authenticity, we launched our brand with one goal in mind: to bring people together through food that is real, simple and flavourful to provide them with a memory of Cookin' Up Good Times!

2023

By 2023, our journey had grown into something that we never could've imagined! What started with £100 each had turned into a thriving business, with our products then proudly stocked in over 70 garden centres, butcheries, and farm shops across the country. We hit the road together, travelling to every corner of the country attending food festivals and events where we got to meet and connect with other food lovers which allowed us to share our love for good, honest food. We also met with our customers face-to-face and witness their excitement for our brand as they returned for more of our products. Every sale left us over the moon!

2024

Our story grew stronger every day throughout 2024. Our seasonings became a favourite for everyone from celebrity chefs to home cooks, inspiring amazing dishes and bring bold, unforgettable flavours to life. As our products reached more homes and tables, our mission became even more solid: to bring people together through the joy of great food.

With demand growing fast, we expanded our presence at shows as well as hosting our fire stages: bringing live food demonstrations to showcase what we are all about. It was incredible to see people connect with our products in person and share with us the experience of cooking up something special.

As we continue to grow throughout 2025, we are constantly innovating to take things to the next level. What started as a dream is now a movement, and this is just the beginning!
